The people in my head and around me that I did need to lose weight any way .They help me eat right and they got where it prevent become anemia again.What learn from the internet without not relie on doctors all the time ? I learn from people on how to eat right .My one true best friend help me eat right it was NegaDuck got me into eating healthy like eat fruits and vegetables .I had been on the special k diet and I think it was the right diet for me.One thing that diet it never did made me feel sick .Some diets can make you feel sick and I think you should pick the right diet that is right for you.I have not been on the irons pills for 5 year

People been telling lies about that I weigh 226 pounds and I weigh 190 pounds they are not my doctors and people run their mouth about that I was sick in class or the bus .I get so sick of people run their mouth the past.A Zane Reeds is a ass hole and runs his mouth about my weight. He goes around saying a can't be friends with NegaDuck because he is going saying that I am too fat and too old for him .I don't like Zane at all and runs his mouth to his kids that I was too fat to eat the food at parties we have at home .He wants his kids to be in every thing.They ruin my relationship NegaDuck at home and no my facebook page .They run their mouth about they don't want me to have nobody.
